A long-tube cold air intake for six-cylinder E46s. A 4" inlet steps down to a 3.5" outlet matched to the factory MAF, so it bolts on with no retune.

What it does

4" to 3.5" taper

A 4" inlet for airflow, stepping down to a 3.5" outlet sized for the factory MAF. No retune required.

Curved internal inlet

A smooth internal radius reduces turbulence and pressure loss compared to sharp-angle inlets.

Smooth path to the throttle body

Clean internal walls keep the airflow tidy all the way from the filter to the throttle body.

Cooler, denser air

Draws air from outside the hot engine bay for harder pulls and more repeatable performance.

One kit for every six-cylinder

320, 323, 325 and 328 models get a reducer to match their smaller factory intake. 330 models connect directly.

Made to live under the hood

ASA is heat and UV resistant, so it won't warp at engine bay temperatures.

Install notes

Direct bolt-on for E46 six-cylinder models (M52, M52TU, M54). Some early cars may need minor modification to the headlight assembly for a perfect fit.
320i, 323i/Ci, 325i/Ci/xi and 328i/Ci use the included reducer to match the smaller factory intake diameter.
330i, 330Ci and 330xi connect directly, no adapter needed.
Allow 3–4 business days for your kit to be built, inspected and shipped.
Aftermarket performance part, install at your own risk.

Using your own air filter?

If you choose the "I have my own air filter" option, your filter needs a 4" inlet and a compact body to clear the engine bay. We recommend the K&N RU2510, the same filter that comes with the kit. Filters with larger housings or unusual shapes may not clear surrounding parts.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A SEDAN!

Does not fit in the sedan version of the e46 . The headlight blocks the intake and you cannot install the headlight back into the housing.
