• ASA construction: ASA handles high impact load from road debris that would destroy cheaper prints and is UV resistant so it won't warp, sag, or crack with age.
• Clean OEM aesthetic: Matte black finish blends with the bumper. Looks intentional from the factory, not bolted-on as an afterthought.
• Track or street ready: Unlike other brake duct designs for the E46, these actually let you keep your fog light functionality!

Install Notes

• Designed to seat directly into the fog light openings of the E46 M Sport / Mtech II bumper.
• These ducts are designed to be secured to the bumper using a suitable adhesive or epoxy (e.g. 3M automotive adhesive, JB Weld, or equivalent). Ensure mating surfaces are clean and dry before application.
• Minor trimming of the bumper opening or duct tabs may be needed to achieve the tightest, most precise fitment on your specific car — bumper tolerances vary, even between genuine M bumpers.
• 74 mm OD outlet is compatible with standard 3" brake cooling hose/ducting.
• Tolerance-matched to the M bumper cutout — fit may vary slightly with aftermarket bumper replicas.
