Returns & Warranty

Returns:

30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell, no questions asked (well we'll probably still ask why you want to return it out of curiosity, but we won't say no). Just the return the part to us and you'll get a refund. It's that simple.

The only catch is that that the parts can't be modified, so if you sand it, paint it, or cut it up to fit another car for example, then we can't take it back.

Can't return it? No worries, there's a healthy resale market for Inertia Werks parts on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, etc 😉

Warranty:

1-year warranty on everything we sell. Our warranty does not cover neglect, improper use, too many ugga duggas, or full sends into a wall. But let us know about any product failures or defects and we'll take care of you.

We race cars, so we know exactly what normal wear looks like — and we know what "sent it into a wall" looks like. So please don't take a blowtorch or an angle grinder to your parts. We might not replace it... or we might. Depends how Elmoh's feeling that day. If you're a betting man or woman and feeling lucky, go ahead and try it.

Every order includes lollipops, and yes, they're covered under warranty too. Post a photo of the empty stick and tag @iw_elmoh and @inertiawerks and we'll send a fresh one.

Couple of other notes on our warranty:

-Receiving a replacement part does not reset the warranty.
-Warranty is only for the parts we sell, not on any labour.
-Warranty is not transferrable.
-Warranty does not cover basic maintenance, so we won't send you a new air filter just because it's dirty.
-To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential losses arising from the use or failure of our products.
