These Terms of Service govern your use of our Shopify store and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Products

We specialize in 3D printed custom performance car parts. All products are manufactured using high-quality materials suited for automotive applications. Product listings specify material, finish, and compatible vehicle makes, models, and years. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment and compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Production times are stated in each product listing. As custom items are produced specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

Fitment and Compatibility

Vehicle specifications can vary by trim level, production year, region, and prior modifications. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility with your specific vehicle before installation. We are not responsible for parts that do not fit due to non-standard or modified vehicle configurations.

Performance Use and Liability

By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge that performance parts may affect your vehicle's warranty, road legality, and insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with local laws and regulations before installation. All parts should be installed by a qualified individual with appropriate mechanical knowledge. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the installation, misuse, or failure of our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, models, and products sold in our store are our original work. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without express written permission.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not yet begun. Once a part is in production, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can work toward a quick resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
